My 3-year-old son was diagnosed with mild hydrocele with no hernia. The pediatrician referred us to a surgeon, and we have an appointment today. I wanted to know if surgery is the only option or if there are medications available too. Also, is it safe to wait a year or two until he's older for the surgery?

Usually 3 years is too late for conservative management. So most likely a survey will be required . However no medication are available to treat this condition

View allmy hiv1 rna viral load result says target not detected does this mean im undetectable and is it safe to proceed with piles surgery now
An undetectable viral load test result means the amount of HIV was so low that the test was unable to detect any HIV or could only find a tiny trace. This result might also be written as 'not detected' or 'target not detected'. There is zero risk of HIV transmission during sex

What medicine would you recommend for this condition since local doctors are pushing for surgery or drainage as the only options
For ongoing pilonidal sinus issues, surgery is the definitive treatment. Medicines alone may not resolve it and can delay recovery.

I noticed a small growth in my groin area and went to a general surgeon who diagnosed it as a sebaceous cyst and recommended surgery. But it's not causing me any discomfort, and I read online that applying apple cider vinegar with a cotton ball might help treat it. Is that actually effective or should I stick to the doctor's advice?
in person dr consultation requred to check physical examination.
