My 4 year old daughter X ray report shows prominent pulmonary bronchovascular markings. Her abdominal scan shows enteritis, cystitis, and subcentimetric lymph nodes in the mesentery. She has been experiencing frequent episodes of fever, cold, cough, and abdominal pain over the past two months. Currently, her breathing is very noisy. I would like to understand what all this inflammation means and whether it indicates a serious condition.

My son had a severe allergic reaction after taking medicine for sudden pain in his leg joints. He developed red, painful dots all over his legs, resembling severe mosquito bites, but without any purple spots. The doctor initially suggested the possibility of vasculitis, but his blood report, including a rheumatoid factor of 8.5, came back negative. I am unsure about the cause of this reaction. For the past 3 to 4 months, he has been experiencing difficulty during urination. When he feels the urge to urinate, he is only able to pass about 30 to 40 percent of it and cannot empty his bladder completely. He also feels pain internally during the process. After a short time, the urge returns, but again he is unable to fully empty his bladder. I have attached his test report for your review.
