my 6-month-old baby has tongue tie and I'm not sure if we should do the release surgery now or wait a bit longer is general anesthesia safe for such a small baby what are the risks both short and long term if we go ahead with the procedure

It's understandable to be concerned about tongue-tie release surgery for your 6-month-old baby. While the procedure is generally safe, especially for infants, it's crucial to weigh the potential benefits and risks with your pediatrician or a specialist like an ENT or pediatric dentist. General anesthesia is also safe for infants, but it's a factor to consider in the overall decision

View allI'm a 34-year-old guy who's been dealing with off-and-on nasal congestion for as long as I can remember. I just had an x-ray of my nose and the PNS result showed some haziness in the right maxillary sinus. My ENT doctor has put me on a course of amoxclav for five days, plus I'm using a fluticasone nasal spray and taking telecast L tablets. I'm really curious about what's causing this haziness. Is it something that happens often, or is there any reason I should be worried? Would appreciate some insight.

I've been experiencing some swelling and pain in the right side of my neck for about a month now. I got an FNAC test done, but I'm struggling to understand the results. Could you help me figure out what's going on with my lymph node? I'm getting a bit worried.

I've been dealing with pulsatile tinnitus in my right ear since 2013, and it all started when I had my right wisdom tooth removed. I also suffer from TMJ. The doctor mentioned I should get an MRI to check for any tumors, but nothing was found. I'm wondering, do I really need to keep getting MRIs over and over again? I'm just a bit concerned and looking for some advice.
