My ACL surgery was done a month ago but my knee is only bending 40%. Are there any Ayurvedic oils that can help improve knee bending and strengthen the ligaments?

I've been riding my bike a lot lately, and now my shoulder bone is really hurting. It's getting to the point where I can't even drive or lift anything. Should I be worried that it's something serious, or is this just normal soreness?

The shoulder pain you're experiencing while driving your bike could be due to repetitive strain, poor posture, or overuse, but it's essential to consult an orthopedic specialist to rule out any underlying conditions such as shoulder impingement, rotator cuff injury, or cervical radiculopathy; in the meantime, try applying ice packs, stretching, and taking regular breaks while driving to alleviate the discomfort.

I've been experiencing this constant tightness and strain in my upper chest wall, like it's always tense, especially when I do anything using my left hand. I recently found out my Vitamin D and B12 levels are significantly low from a blood test. I've started taking Tayo 60K for Vitamin D, and just a couple of days ago, I began MeAxon Plus for B12. I'm not sure if these are related, but about 10 months ago, I lifted a heavy bag and twisted my spine, which caused me quite a bit of pain, but it went back to normal the next day. However, the strain in my chest hasn't gone away since then. Can you help me understand what's going on and how I can get better?

I'm having severe pain in my right wrist when I twist it clockwise, especially right below the bone that sticks out. It gets really bad when I try to turn doorknobs. What kind of splint or cast should I be using if I want to fix this in a few weeks?

You may be experiencing a wrist sprain or strain. To help support and immobilize your wrist, a wrist splint would be beneficial in this case. You can use a wrist splint that is specifically designed to immobilize the wrist joint. Wear the wrist splint consistently, especially during activities that aggravate the pain, like turning door knobs. Additionally, you can also take over-the-counter pain relievers such as ibuprofen (e.g., Advil) to help alleviate the pain and reduce inflammation. However, it is important to consult with a healthcare professional for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
