My blood and urine reports are positive. HCG is less than 1.3. HCG less than 1.3 but still pregnant. Plasma report is positive.

If HCG is less than 1.3 mIU per mL, it is considered negative for pregnancy in most cases. Sometimes, a blood or plasma test can give mixed signals if it is done too early. If your urine report is positive but HCG is low, repeat the HCG test after 48 to 72 hours to confirm.
