My blood report shows ESR 48 and Hb 11. I am experiencing continuous body pain. My weight has suddenly decreased to 46 kg, and my age is 27 years.

Raised ESR and low Hb with weight loss could suggest chronic inflammation. Needs evaluation. Consult a physician for further tests.

Dr. Dhankecha Suggests...

Take a CBC+ESR Test or Take a Thyroid Profile (T3 T4 TSH) Test Test

I am 37 years old and have had irregular periods for the past two years. Once my periods start they do not stop for 15 days. My report shows 12 mm endometrium thickness and a bulky uterus. I am now on the 13th day of bleeding. I have been prescribed Musli Kairadi Kashayam with Prawal Bhasma before food and Kutajarishtam 15 ml after food. Is it fine to take?

I have no allergic symptoms but slight pain in neck and back muscles while doing computer work. Appetite, motion, and sleep are all normal. I did this blood test myself as I do it every year for a health checkup. I have had COVID twice, in May (moderate) and January (mild). No hospitalization or steroids were used. Please guide me based on the blood report?

One year ago, my periods started getting delayed to 35 or 38 days, but not more than that. I consulted a gynecologist who advised me to get a scan. After reviewing the scan report, I was diagnosed with PCOD. I experience pain on the right side when my period comes. The doctor did not prescribe any medication but told me to reduce my weight. I weighed 88 kg before and now I am 74 kg. My periods have become regular, coming every 30 or 31 days, but I am having heavy bleeding with large blood clots, feeling very weak, and experiencing pain on the right side. The heavy flow lasts for 4 to 5 days. Please help me understand what I should do about this problem. I am waiting for your reply.
