My blood report shows normocytic normochromic cells with macrocytes and ovalocytes, and my liver enzymes are elevated (SGOT is 55.9 U/L, SGPT is 61.9 U/L). Could this indicate that I am suffering from any disease? Is this reversible, and is there a chance that I might have hepatitis? Please advise.

These mild elevations may not mean hepatitis. Macrocytes may relate to vitamin deficiencies. Please consult your doctor to rule out liver or blood conditions. Perform liver tests, vitamin B12 and CBC.
