My blood sugar levels are not controlled according to my recent reports. My fasting blood sugar is 125, postprandial is 279, and HbA1c is 9.2. I am currently taking Exterm GM Forte as my medication. Please advise me on what I should do next.

These readings show that sugar is not well controlled currently. Your doctor may adjust the dose or add another medicine. Lifestyle changes (low-carb diet, daily walk) will help bring numbers down.

View allToday, I received my blood test report, and my fasting blood sugar level is 107. This is the first time my sugar level has been high; two months ago, it was only 80. I am 30 years old and have been using some hormone medications for infertility over the past two months. What tests should I get done now, and does this mean I am diabetic?

I have had jock itch for the last 2 years. It goes away temporarily if I take medicine for about 7 days, but it comes back within 15 days. I cannot sleep properly at night and feel uncomfortable during the day at the office. I have now shifted to Ayurvedic medicines, but it is taking longer, and the itch is still there. I did some blood tests, which show my CBC count is low. My Ayurveda doctor said this means I have a weak immune system, which is why I get infections continuously. I also have thyroid with TSH 8.45. Can Ayurveda help me? Is this because of a weak immune system? I just want to get rid of the jock itch first. Please help.
