This is my blood test report. Please tell me why I have been experiencing constant sneezing, a blocked nose, and loss of smell for the past year.

Chronic allergic rhinitis or sinusitis likely. Needs ENT eval and allergy profile. Please take Nasal Endoscopy, Serum IgE and Sinus Xray or CT PNS.

My serum IgE level is 4653 IU/mL. I have a history of allergies, asthma, and psoriasis since childhood, and I also get frequent fungal infections. What tests can be done, or how can we diagnose whether I have Autosomal Recessive Hyper IgE Syndrome (AR HIES)?
