My body's been acting up ever since I tried using minoxidilI started feeling heart palpitations and headaches, so I had to stop. I got an ECG done, and it showed 99 bpm, which my doctor said is sinus tachycardia. To manage it, I've been taking a beta blocker called Metoprolol, 25 mg split between morning and night for a month. But now I'm dealing with side effects like dehydration, a dry mouth, and feeling nauseous with no appetite. My sleep's all messed up too, waking up at 5:30 am just dying for some water. I stopped the medication on April 2nd, but it seems like the side effects multipliedstill facing palpitations, anxiety, stress, and all those other issues. But when I talked to my cardiologist, its like he wasn't even listening, just dismissed everything I said. Honestly, I can't focus, eat, or sleep right. Plus, my standing heart rate is hitting over 110 bpm. What should I do about this?

View allI'm having this ache in my left hand and sometimes it goes numb, it's been going on for about 10 months now. I had an ECG, TMT, and an echo done back in September last year, and everything came back normal. But I can't shake off this anxiety that there might be something wrong with my heart. On top of that, I've been having sharp chest pains every day since last year. What could be causing this and what should I do about it? Please help.
Based on your symptoms and previous tests, it is important to rule out any cardiac issues. However, since your previous cardiac tests were normal, your symptoms could be related to musculoskeletal issues or nerve compression. I recommend trying over-the-counter pain relief medication like acetaminophen or ibuprofen for the chest pain. Additionally, you can use a muscle relaxant like methocarbamol to help with the ache and numbness in your left hand. It is also advisable to consult with a neurologist for further evaluation and management of the numbness in your hand.

I've been feeling something a bit strange lately whenever I lie down, especially on my side or stomach, I can actually feel my heart beating. And when I press my ear to the pillow, I can hear it clearly in my ears. Ive already had an ECG, echo, and thyroid tests, and everything came back normal. My blood pressure and heartbeat are normal too. I dont have any other symptoms, so Im wondering what this could be or if it's something I should be worried about. What should I do next?

I've been having these weird symptoms lately, and I'm not sure what's going on. Whenever I masturbate, I start to feel really breathless, my heart races, my chest hurts, and I get this lightheaded feeling. It's strange because I never used to have these issues. Even when I'm just walking around, I feel out of breath and dizzy. I got an ECG, TMT, and echo done and they all came back normal. My lipid profile shows my total cholesterol is 193 with HDL at 42 and LDL at 151. My vitamin B12 was around 212, and vitamin D was 51. I even did a lung test and that came back normal too. Another odd thing is that I feel uncomfortable in my chest when listening to music with a lot of bass vibrations. What could be causing all this?
