My boils have burst and I'm not sure how to get all the pus out. With the COVID situation, it's tough for me to get to a hospital. Could you guide me on what to do?

View allI'm dealing with a situation where my partner's sweat has a vinegar-like smell, and it's really affecting our sheets and bedding. The smell can be so intense that it's almost unbearable at times. I'm not sure what's causing it or how we should address it. We try to keep our room cool and only use light blankets. Any advice on what might be causing this or how to manage it would be so appreciated.
The strong vinegar-like smell in sweat could be due to a condition called "Maple Syrup Urine Disease" (MSUD), which can cause a similar odor. I recommend consulting a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment. In the meantime, you can try using an antibacterial soap for bathing and washing the bedding with a vinegar solution to help neutralize the odor.

I've been dealing with these itchy rashes for about four months now, and they're driving me crazy! They feel like there's tiny needles pricking me, and my heart starts racing. They start out small but then get really big, and it's mostly at night. It's all over my body, even on my head, and especially bad on my legs. Sometimes I can't breathe well, and my lips and face swell up, which is really scary. My eyes get puffy too. The rashes leave these brown marks on my skin after the itchiness goes down. I'm really worried because no one seems to know what's going on. Can you help me figure out what's happening?

I've been dealing with syringomas under my eyes, and I'm getting pretty frustrated. I've tried RF treatments before, but they didn't work. I recently went for RF microneedling, hoping for at least a small improvement, but still nothing. I'm really looking for an effective solution to finally get rid of these syringomas. What would you recommend?
