I'm having this really persistent itch on my backside and between my thighs. I've been trying Crotorax for it, but it doesn't seem to be doing much. Do you think there's something else I should try, or could there be a different underlying issue?

I got burnt a while back in August 2016, and although the wounds have healed, I've still got these white and black burn marks left behind. Is there any chance or way to get my skin back to normal?
