My brother had a CT brain scan today, and the report mentioned DNS on the left side. I'm a bit worried and not sure what that means. Could you explain its seriousness and what we can do to address it?

I'm really getting anxious about this dizziness and imbalance. Do you think this can be cured, and should I be seeing a specific type of doctor for help? I can't even manage car rides anymore. Any advice or suggestions you might have would really mean a lot to me.
