My brother has both dengue and typhoid at the same time, and I'm really worried about him. How long does it usually take to recover from both, and what kind of treatment should we be considering to help him get better?

antibiotics like cephalosporins and tetracyclines would cover both the diseases,no need to worry visit your physician for appropriate treatment.

View allI've been dealing with this really annoying itch on my scalp for over 1520 days now. I've tried dandruff shampoos and even mixed tea tree oil with coconut oil, but nothing seems to help. There's definitely no lice or dandruff, and thankfully, my hair isn't falling out in clumps or anything, just the usual few strands. I'm starting to think this all began after I used a certain type of mehndi on my hair. Could that be the cause? What should I do next?
That could be due to dryness or fungal infection, needs evaluation, visit Dermatologist for the same

I'm really worried about my hairline; it's receding and my hair is getting super thin. I went to see a doctor and he prescribed me Tricosilk Max 5, but I didnt notice any improvement, so I stopped seeing him. A while later, I started using Tricosilk again, but now that it's unavailable, I switched to Mintop 5. Is it okay to continue with this? Should I be doing something else?
Yes you can take it no problem, follow your doctors advice
