My colonoscopy showed a bulging appendix orifice with a small tumor that hasn't grown in two years. Should I keep monitoring it or opt for surgery? I'm worried they might remove my ileocecal valve too since it's close by, and I'm not sure if the tumor is even harmful what's the best move here?

View allI've been dealing with ulcerative colitis since 2013, and I'm really struggling to find something that works. I've been on medication for the past three years but haven't seen any improvement. I even tried homeopathy for a year, but that didn't help either. Do you think Ayurveda might be able to cure this disease? Would love to hear your thoughts on this.
Ayurveda may offer complementary treatments to help manage Ulcerative Colitis (UC) symptoms, such as dietary changes, herbal remedies like triphala, and stress-reducing practices like yoga, but it's essential to consult with a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner

Laparoscopic fundoplication can significantly improve GERD symptoms when lifestyle changes and medication fail, but risks like gas bloating or dysphagia must be considered.
