My colonoscopy showed a bulging appendix orifice with a small tumor that hasn't grown in two years. Should I keep monitoring it or opt for surgery? I'm worried they might remove my ileocecal valve too since it's close by, and I'm not sure if the tumor is even harmful what's the best move here?

I'm really worried about my health and could use some advice. I've been dealing with Spleenomegaly and Portal Vein Hypertension for the past four years, and on top of that, I've got esophagus varices. I recently had EVL banding done twice, but honestly, I haven't noticed any improvement. I'm just not active at all, and it's really bothering me. Can you help me understand the root cause of all this and what might be a permanent solution?
refer to gastroenterologist and get an endoscopy done

I've been dealing with pancreas pain for the last six months and now my doctor says I need critical surgery They found multiple stone clouds in my pancreatic duct with the biggest one at 1.2 cm What does this mean for me and what are my options
Multiple stones in pancreatic duct can block enzymes—ERCP or surgery like Puestow procedure may be needed; early treatment prevents pancreatitis flare.
