My dad is 80 years old and has a heart block. Should we consider open heart surgery, or could medication be a safe alternative?

View allMy doctor told me to get some tests done before my gallstone surgery I have an 8.9mm stone with cholesterolosis. I did an ECG, chest X-ray, and FBS. The X-ray is normal, and FBS is fine too, but my CBC shows slightly high eosinophils. The ECG report says sinus tachycardia with old inferior wall what does that mean? I also have anxiety, so I'm a bit worried about the ECG findings. Can you explain?

I'm feeling a bit worried because every time I move my left hand, I get this sudden cramp in the center of my chest. A couple of years back, I had an ECG, an echo, and a TMT done, but everything was normal. I also had an endoscopy, which only showed H. pylori. This pain has recently started again, and I'm not sure what it means. Could it be related to the H. pylori, or should I be concerned about something else?
Rule out cervical spondylosis

I'm a bit concerned because I've been experiencing this clicking sound in my chest with every heartbeat, especially when lying down. It's actually loud enough that other people can hear it too. Could it be related to the small hole in my heart that's currently closing? I'm really not sure what's going on, and its got me kind of worried. What do you think this might be?
ecg and cardiac markers are advised to the pt.
