My dad got an ultrasound done because the doctors suspected a kidney infection since his urine flow was blocked at the prostate. His PSA level came back at 4.25 and they're recommending some kind of surgery called Out. Can you explain what PSA means and what the treatment options are for his condition?

My foreskin doesn't retract like it should it's not super tight but still won't go back. I'd rather avoid surgery are there any medications or treatments that could help with this?
If your foreskin isn't fully retracting and you'd like to avoid surgery, a topical steroid cream or ointment is often recommended. These medications can help soften and loosen the foreskin, making retraction easier. In some cases, gentle stretching exercises can also be beneficial.
