My dad has a 4.52 cm kidney stone in his left kidney and the doctor recommended PCNL surgery. Is PCNL the best option for a stone that large? I'm worried about the procedure and recovery.

View allI've had a surgery and circumcision when I was 9, and there's always been this tiny bump near the stitch under the skin of my penis shaft. Lately, it's swollen, and sometimes there's this white fluid coming out. It's painful if I touch it. I'm kind of worried it might be an infection or something. I'm trying to avoid going to a hospital right now, so I thought I'd ask for advice online first. Any idea what's going on?
Even though you're trying to avoid going to a hospital, if the situation doesn't improve or worsens, it may be necessary to see a healthcare provider. In some cases, an incision and drainage might be needed if there's an abscess or infected cyst. Please monitor the area closely, and if symptoms worsen, do not hesitate to seek medical attention.

Is it possible to pass a 6mm kidney stone without needing surgery doc I'm really worried about this and want to know my options
Around 90% of small kidney stones (smaller than 6 mm) and 60% of large stones (larger than 6 mm) pass on their own. If you have a large kidney stone or one that's blocking the flow of pee, you'll need to have a procedure to break up and/or remove it

I've been dealing with para phimosis, and it's got me worried about whether I'm leaking inside my wife's vagina during sex. Even after we're done, I notice some leaking. Could this affect her chances of getting pregnant? I'm also pretty anxious about the idea of getting circumcised. What should I do?
first treat the infection other wise it spreads to the partner
