My dad has diabetes, and he's been having hiccups for a few days now. Is this something that usually happens with diabetes, or should he be taking any medicines for it?

View allI've been wondering if masturbating a lot could mess with my testosterone levels. I've been doing it around 23 times a day for the last five years, and I'm not seeing much facial hair growth. Could there be a connection?

I'm a bit worried because I used to have a vitamin D deficiency and went through a 3-month therapy for it. Lately, I've been feeling those same symptoms again, so I decided to start taking vitamin D supplements. But after taking the second 60,000 IU dose, I got a test done, and it showed my level at 40 ng. I'm wondering if this higher reading is because I just took the dose the day before, or if this is normal?
it's ok

I'm a little concerned because my HbA1c is at 7.2. I'm not sure if I should start on insulin or take tablets, or is it possible to lower it through diet and exercise? What would be the best approach here?
