My daughter has had continuous fever for 4 days, and even with paracetamol, it is not coming down. Her blood report shows CRP 35. She has been vomiting, feeling tired, and has not been eating for the last 3 days. Is this a serious concern? Her chest Xray shows an infection.

A CRP of 35 with persistent high fever, vomiting, and loss of appetite in a child is concerning. Since the chest Xray shows infection, this could be a lower respiratory tract infection or pneumonia. Please consult a pediatrician urgently for antibiotic treatment. Continue paracetamol and maintain hydration until help is reached.

After experiencing diarrhea, I often develop swelling in my knees and ankles, along with pain in my neck, elbows, and other joints. Since March, my condition has worsened to the point where I am bedridden, with extreme pain along my spinal cord and swelling in my left knee. My HLA B27 test result came back as weakly positive. What does this mean, and will I be able to recover and return to normal again?
