My doctor found a 7 cm ovarian cyst and suggested surgery, also asked for a CA25 test. Is surgery really necessary for a cyst this size, and what does the CA25 test indicate? Should I be worried about cancer?

I'm feeling really unsure and need some advice. My girlfriend got pregnant back in January 2018, and we decided to go for an abortion. She's O negative and I'm B positive, so the doctor gave her an anti-D injection back then. Now, she's pregnant again in June 2018, and we're considering another abortion because we're not ready for a baby. I'm a bit worried and wondering if she needs another anti-D injection this time. Also, what's the best way to go about the abortion safely? Would love some guidance on this.
