My doctor found a 7 cm ovarian cyst and suggested surgery, also asked for a CA25 test. Is surgery really necessary for a cyst this size, and what does the CA25 test indicate? Should I be worried about cancer?

View allI had an ultrasound that showed an enlarged uterus with a large subserosal fibroid measuring 148.8 cm in the right lateral wall and areas of early degeneration, plus another subserosal fibroid in the anterior wall measuring 1.72.2 cm. My ET is 8mm. One doctor recommended surgery, but two others suggested trying to conceive first. I don't have children yet and I'm really confused about what to do should I prioritize surgery or try to get pregnant with these fibroids?

I'm a little worried and curious if I might get pregnant. The doctor prescribed Siphene for 5 days, which I've already taken. We had a relationship after that. Do you think there's a chance I could be pregnant?
Taking Siphene (Clomiphene) for 5 days can help stimulate ovulation, increasing the chances of pregnancy if you have had intercourse during your fertile window. However, pregnancy is not guaranteed, as it depends on various factors like egg quality, sperm health, and timing. Keep monitoring your cycle and consult your doctor for further guidance.

How many days after period is safe?
The fertile days may last for up to 3-5 days after the end of your period. The chances of getting pregnant just after the period depend on how short the menstrual cycle is and how long the period lasts. If periods are long, women may only have a few days left after the period ends before fertile days begin.
