My doctor found a 7 cm ovarian cyst and suggested surgery, also asked for a CA25 test. Is surgery really necessary for a cyst this size, and what does the CA25 test indicate? Should I be worried about cancer?

I have a 6.56 cm chocolate cyst in my left ovary and really don't want surgery can diet and exercise help shrink or dissolve it naturally? What options do I have besides going under the knife?
