My doctor prescribed Azforin 500MG for me, but it's out of stock at my pharmacy. Can you suggest any alternatives? I'm a bit worried about missing doses.

I've been having some health issues lately. A few days ago, I started coughing at night, and by next morning, my body was hurting, and I had a fever. I've been taking CLAVAM 625 and Calpol, and luckily, the fever's gone down. But now I've got this gas problem, my stomach feels upset, and sometimes I feel like I might puke. Oh, and by the way, Ive already taken 5 tablets of Clavam. Do I really need to take 10 in total?

for gas, stomach upset, and vomiting tendency: Take the antibiotic with food, consider probiotics (if recommended), and stay hydrated. Complete the full 10-day course of Clavam unless advised otherwise by your doctor, to ensure the infection is fully treated and to avoid the risk of resistance. If symptoms persist or worsen, it's essential to consult your doctor for further evaluation.

I'm really worried because I've been having this fever that just won't go away. I had it originally on February 10th, took some medicine, and felt okay, but then it came back on the 19th, and even after seeing a doctor and taking the prescribed meds, the fever's still hovering around 100F or 101F. I even had some tests done like the Typhidot Igm and blood cultures which came back negative, and my CBC was normal, but the fever didn't stop. I was put on TaximO and Calpol 500, which seemed to help for a bit, but after three days, the fever returned. Now, with my regular doctor unavailable, I switched to another one who ran more tests like the thyroid panel and CRP, and turned out the CRP is positive. They also found my bilirubin to be a bit high and ALT levels at 79. The new doctor's prescribed Dolo 650 and Pantocid, and I'm noticing that the fever goes down after taking paracetamol, but it just comes back after a few hours. What's going on with me? Is there something serious causing the fever to keep coming back?

After getting the Covishield vaccine, I ended up with a really high fever, around 102.5F, and even paracetamol didn't really help bring it down. I had to take showers multiple times just to cope. Now three days later, I started sneezing and I have post nasal drip. My nose feels blocked and I'm suffocating a bit, especially since I have allergic asthma. Do you think it's possible that I've caught a cold from taking so many showers when I had the fever?

take paracetamol 650mg for three times. start steam inhalation
