View allI have a squint of around 4 to 5 degrees both near and far, sometimes even 5 to 6 degrees. How can I overcome this? Will I need surgery? It really bothers me, and I feel like it affects my accuracy when drawing does squint cause that?
Yes, strabismus (squint) can be corrected, and whether surgery is needed depends on the severity and underlying cause. Non-surgical options like vision therapy, eye patches, glasses, or botox injections are often tried first. If these aren't effective, surgery to reposition the eye muscles may be necessary. It's also possible that squint affects drawing accuracy, but this would need to be assessed by a professional
