I accidentally inhaled some diluted Dettol spray and I'm really freaked out about it. It's been a couple of hours now, and while I haven't noticed any side effects yet, I'm still pretty worried. Is there anything specific I should be doing or looking out for?

Dettol contains chloroxylenol and other ingredients that, if inhaled in larger quantities, can cause respiratory issues, but you mentioned it was diluted, so the risk is likely lower. While you havent experienced side effects yet, be alert for Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath Coughing or throat irritation Dizziness or lightheadedness Headache or nausea If any of these occur, or if you develop discomfort in your chest or difficulty breathing, you should seek medical attention immediately.

I'm a bit worried because I cut my hand on a steel utensil a couple of days ago. I remember getting my last tetanus shot about 9 months ago. Do I need to get another one now?

the power of TT lasts for at least 5 years. So you just need to take one booster shot every 5 years. Nothing more than that is ever required. Just take care of the cut so that it doesn't get infected. Apply a t-bact ointment over that.
