My facial skin is fairer than the rest of my body, and I'm dealing with an uneven skin tone on my body. I'm really hoping to achieve a more even skin tone overall. Could you provide some advice on how to balance out my skin tone? Are there specific products or treatments I should consider?

View allI've been dealing with acne vulgaris grade four for quite a while now, and it's been pretty severe. I have acne all over my face, and the pimples are mostly mild, with a bunch of blackheads on my nose, cheeks, and forehead. Occasionally, they turn into pimples, but that's not always the case. I've tried using Amway Attitude face wash since my skin is quite sensitive, but it doesn't seem to be doing much. It feels like no face wash really suits me. It's been two years of this and even after seeing a dermatologist, the meds haven't been that effective. I'm really not keen on trying chemical peels. What would you suggest I try or do?
Skin care needs to be customized based on the presenting complaints. There are different ways to achieve a flawless skin after acne and it needs medical interventions and commitment on part of the patient. Acne treatment has multiple stages - to control new breakouts, to clear the sequelae (pigmentation and scars) and to prevent a relapse. An attempt to find out the root cause of acne should be made in every patient or else it keeps recurring. Each phase takes a couple of weeks before we move to the next phase of treatment. If you have active acne lesions, it should be controlled on priority basis.

I've noticed that even at 26, I hardly have any facial hair. I mean, there's a bit of a moustache, but it's not really thick or long. Sometimes I worry about it and feel a bit down. Is this something normal, or should I be concerned about a lack of facial hair? What could be causing this?
Normal. Genetic predisposition, dermat opinion is advised to the pt.
