Six days ago my sister developed a red spot in one eye. After two days, she started having fever in the evening only, with a maximum temperature of 99.6F, along with slight stomach upset. Her COVID test is negative. I have attached her blood report, done today. Her CRP is 0.38 and platelet count is 115. Please suggest whether this could be COVID or some other issue. Apart from the evening fever and slight stomach upset, her eye is perfectly fine and she has no other symptoms.

Respected Doctor, For the past 45 to 50 days, I have been experiencing symptoms that felt very different from before, so I consulted a doctor. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and started on medication. Since then, I have been feeling very sleepy, low on energy, and have increased hunger. These symptoms have continued for the last 7 days. Additionally, I noticed that when I wake up, my face appears swollen or enlarged, but it returns to normal after 3 to 4 hours.
