My father's been on lymph node tuberculosis treatment for 8 months now. The nodes have disappeared, which is great, but he's still feeling super weak and tired all the time. On top of that, he's also getting treated for depression. Could you give us any advice or suggestions on what might help him feel better?

View allI've been told by my doctor that I have a deficiency in B12 and Vitamin D. They've recommended B12 ME12 injection shots for me. I'm a bit concerned and curious about whether it's really safe for me to go with the B12 shots, or if taking a capsule could be a better option instead. Can you help me understand the differences or what might be best for me?
B12 injections like ME-12 are effective for quickly raising levels, especially if your deficiency is significant or absorption is an issue. Capsules can also work if your body absorbs them well, but injections may be recommended for faster results. Always follow your doctor's advice for the best approach.

Hey, I've been wondering if it's okay to start taking vitamin B12 tablets without checking in with a doctor first. Also, is there a specific time of day that's best for taking them?

I was wondering about the right dosage for albendazole 400 mg when it comes to deworming. Should I be taking it once a day or twice a day? And is albendazole effective on its own, or should it be combined with something else? I'm just trying to figure out the best way to go about this.
For deworming, a single dose of 400 mg Albendazole (1 tablet) is typically taken as a single dose, once a day (OD). In most cases, Albendazole alone is effective for treating common intestinal worms, but the dosage may vary depending on the type of infection. It's always best to consult your doctor for personalized advice.
