My foreskin feels tight especially when I'm erect it only pulls halfway down and starts stretching uncomfortably which makes me lose my erection. When soft I can pull it down but my glans are super sensitive so I don't push it. Really worried about this and don't want surgery but not sure what else can help since I can't see a doctor right now. It's affecting my confidence a lot

View allI've got a situation that's been on my mind. I ended up having paid sex with a woman who said she wasn't a professional. We used a condom, but later I realized there was a small hole in it. This really got me worried, so I went for an HIVDUO IVth Generation test just to be sure. I had sex on the 17th of March and I got tested on the 19th. The result mentioned that it's non-reactive with a value of 0.32 unit SCO. Can you help me understand what this means and what I should do next?
it detects both HIV antibodies and the p24 antigen .The test you took on March 19th (only 2 days after the possible exposure) is quite early, and it might not have been able to detect HIV infection if it occurred after that exposure. It's generally recommended to retest for HIV at 46 weeks post-exposure for a more reliable result. If you are still concerned about the possibility of HIV, you might be a candidate for PEP (Post-Exposure Prophylaxis). PEP is a treatment regimen that can prevent HIV if started within 72 hours of exposure

I've been having some issues with my penis lately and I'm not sure what's going on. It started with itching, redness, and a rash, and although these symptoms go away after a few days, I've noticed that my foreskin seems to be shrinking. I'm uncircumcised and have never talked to a doctor about it. I wash it every day, but there's always some dry skin forming around the foreskin that I have to clean off. These cuts and cracks started this year, and at first, they'd just appear after sex and then get better on their own, but now it's happening more frequently and it's painful. I'm married and have been since 2017, so this is all pretty new to me. Could you suggest what kind of doctor I should consult? Should I be doing anything specific about this dry skin? Are there any home remedies for these painful cuts and cracks? I'm really worried about it.
It sounds like you may be experiencing a condition called balanitis, which is inflammation of the foreskin and head of the penis. This can be caused by various factors such as poor hygiene, infections, or skin conditions. To help with the redness, rash, cuts, and cracks, you can try using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole twice a day after washing the area with mild soap and water. Additionally, keeping the area dry and applying a thin layer of petroleum jelly can help with the dry skin formation. Make sure to wash off the dry skin gently during your daily hygiene routine. If the symptoms persist or worsen, it is important to consult a doctor for further evaluation and treatment.

My husband has phimosis and we're too embarrassed to talk to our family about it. The doctor recommended circumcision can you give an idea of the total cost and what the surgery involves? Also, how long does it usually take to heal after the procedure?
Circumcision costs ₹10,000–₹25,000; involves 1-day procedure with 7–10 days of healing—consult in private for privacy.
