My foreskin is really tight and won't pull back, causing pain and even cracks near the tip. My family doctor suggested circumcision, but I'm not sure which hospital or doctor in Chennai is the best for this. Also, I have medical insurance will they accept it for this procedure?

my son had hypospadias surgery and we've been in the hospital for 8 days now today i noticed a little wetness on the outer dressing could this cause any issues
A small amount of wetness on the outer dressing after hypospadias surgery is usually normal, but it's important to monitor for any signs of infection or excessive bleeding. If the wetness is limited and not accompanied by other concerning symptoms, it might just be residual fluid or a small amount of bleeding, which is expected in the first few days after surgery. However, if the wetness is excessive, there's a foul odor, or if your son has a fever, redness, or increased pain around the incision, it could indicate an infection and you should contact his healthcare provider immediately.

I'm 16 and have been masturbating since I was in 7th grade. I usually do it once a day, and I can't help but worry if I'm going to run out of cum or if this will impact my ability to have kids in the future. Is this something I should be concerned about?
