My foreskin won't pull back all the way it only goes down a little before it starts hurting. I really don't want surgery, so what else can I do to fix this? It's really bothering me and affecting my daily life.

Paraphimosis is a medical emergency in which you can't draw your foreskin back down over the head of your penis. It can happen if you have a partially circumcised or uncircumcised penis. You must get treatment as soon as possible to prevent permanent damage to your penis.

I'm having this consistent mild pain in my testicle, mostly on the left side.
