My foreskin won't pull back over the head of my penis and I think it might be phimosis. Are there other treatment options besides circumcision? Can I try using a steroid cream first before considering surgery?

I'm really worried because I feel like my part isn't as strong as it used to be. It seems to be getting smaller and losing strength each day. My partner used to say she was satisfied, but now she doesn't feel the same way and she's been direct about it. It's making me feel really sad and I can't help but wonder if this is because of regular masturbation. Is there something I can do about this? Can I get back to how things were before?

I'm experiencing some severe pain in my right testicle along with pain in my lower and mid-back on the right side. I'm wondering if this could be caused by prone masturbation? Could you advise me on who I should consult for this issue? Also, are there any painkillers you can recommend?
