My friend is 35 and has a 22mm stone in the right kidney. Is surgery the only option for this? If yes, which type of surgery would be the safest choice for them

View allI had keyhole surgery for kidney stones back in August 2016 but just got an ultrasound scan that showed an 11mm and 5.5mm stone in my right kidney and a 3.5mm stone in my left kidney. I'm really worried about going through surgery again is there any way to treat these stones without surgery or is surgery the only option?

I've been dealing with this issue and could really use some guidance. In my younger days, I masturbated a lot, often without lubricant or sometimes using soap. Now, the head of my penis is really dry, and if I dont put on moisturizer twice a day, it ends up burning a lot. What can I do about this? Is there something else I should be using or looking into?

I'm 19 and have two stones in my right kidney 6.8mm and 4.2mm in the upper pole. Can Neeri syrup help remove them? I also had surgery for a left kidney stone a month ago. What should I do?
