My friend accidentally drank some Dettol liquid. I'm really worried. Can you suggest any home remedies or first aid steps we can try right away?

First, call emergency services or poison control for immediate help. Do not induce vomiting. Do not give anything by mouth to drink. Rinse mouth with water if conscious. Monitor for difficulty breathing, seizures, or other symptoms. Do not administer any home remedies without professional guidance. Seek medical help immediately.

View allI've recently gotten a cut from a blade about 36 hours ago, and I haven't had a tetanus shot in the last 3 years. Should I get a tetanus injection now? I'm a bit concerned and not sure what to do.
It is recommended to get a tetanus injection if you have not had one in the last 3 years. You should get a tetanus toxoid vaccine such as Boostrix or Adacel. The standard dosage for adults is 0.5 mL given intramuscularly.

I accidentally ended up swallowing a Bendax400 tablet, which I know is supposed to be chewable. I'm kinda worried now. Could you let me know if that's harmful, and what I should do next?
Swallowing a Bendax-400 tablet, which is meant to be chewed, is unlikely to cause significant harm, as the active ingredient, mebendazole, is an antiparasitic medication; however, to be cautious, drink plenty of water and monitor yourself for potential side effects like stomach upset, nausea, or diarrhea;

I'm really worried after what happened last night I was nearly drowning in a deep pool without realizing it until I almost ran out of breath. I managed to get out with some help, but I swallowed a lot of the pool water. Initially, I was gasping for air but felt okay after about 20-30 minutes. The problem is now I'm shivering, my left arm is aching, and it seems like I'm taking fewer breaths than usual. I'm feeling super tired and looking pale too. Is this something serious, or is it a normal reaction?
Normal,nothing to worry ok.
