My friend had LFT and KFT tests. His AST is 233, ALT is 171, and GGT is 280. Is he suffering from liver cancer?

Elevated AST, ALT, and GGT levels suggest liver inflammation or damage, but they do not directly indicate liver cancer. Common causes include alcohol use, fatty liver, hepatitis, or medication effects. It is important to avoid alcohol and fatty foods and follow a liver friendly diet. Your friend should consult a doctor for further evaluation. You can book a Liver Function Test repeat, Ultrasound Whole Abdomen, and Hepatitis B & C tests to find the cause of these elevated values.

View allI am diabetic with an HbA1c level of 7.6 H. My liver function tests show SGPT 60.5 H, ALP 50.2 L, and SGOT 49.7 H. The hepatitis B surface antigen test is reactive. Ultrasound shows the liver is normal in size and shape, but has grade one fatty changes. My HBV DNA quantitative by real time PCR is 116801, and HBeAg is 0.25. My doctor diagnosed me with hepatitis B, but did not prescribe any medication. I am a little confused about my condition and would appreciate an explanation to help clear my doubts. I have provided the test results above.

I have confirmed tuberculous lymphadenitis after an FNAC test. I have started my TB medicine. I have noticed sudden changes in my stool color, which is completely yellow. Is this symptom normal? Please suggest.

I have been suffering from high fever for 1 week and recently got my tests done. My SGOT is 118 and SGPT is 217. I had been consuming alcohol continuously for a week, including the day before the test. Additionally, my lymphocyte percentage is 47percent, while all other test results are normal. Should I be concerned about these results?
