My friend has been hospitalized for a month with a heart issue doctors found something like a pocket or third ventricle in her heart. They say surgery is really risky. What are our options here? I'm really worried and could use some advice

I'm 32 and dealing with anxiety and hypertension. I've been diagnosed with mild concentric left ventricular hypertrophy after a 2D echo. I've noticed my BP readings have gone up, with today's being 14060. Is this considered high? Can I get it back to normal? Six months ago, my readings were around 13080 to 13090. Last night, I was under a lot of stress and didn't sleep well. I also skipped meals and generally don't have a very healthy lifestylestaying up late, waking up late, and not exercising much. I don't smoke, though. Any advice would be appreciated.

My thyroid level is 5.8. I recently started jogging two months ago, and my ECG says I have sinus bradycardia. Should I be worried about this? Is it related to my new exercise routine or something else?
