My friend was diagnosed with Budd-Chiari syndrome back in 2004 and has been managing it since. Now she's developed gall bladder stones around 6mm, but surgery isn't an option because of her liver complications. What other treatments could help in this situation?

View allI'm really worried because during dinner last night, I suddenly started vomiting with a lot of pain in my throat. Its happened about 10 times now, and every time I try to swallow food or even water, it just brings on more vomiting. My throat is still hurting a lot and Im not sure whats going on. I have a 9mm gallstone and my bilirubin is at 2.3 but the only symptom I notice is slightly yellow eyes. Are there any good treatment options besides surgery? I'd really prefer to avoid going under the knife if possible. What would you recommend?
