My gums are receding around my front two teeth, and it looks like I can see the roots. I'm really worried do I have to get surgery, or are there other options? Also, can you recommend a good specialist or hospital for this? What would the cost be? And how can I take care of my teeth at home to prevent it from getting worse?

Receding gums, especially when exposing tooth roots, should be addressed promptly by a dentist. While surgery might be an option for moderate to severe cases, non-surgical methods like topical antibiotics or dental bonding can be effective for milder situations. Proper brushing technique, regular dental checkups, and addressing underlying issues like teeth grinding can help prevent further recession.

View allI've been dealing with some painful mouth ulcers and even have one on my tongue. Should I be taking rinifol tablets for this, or would a B complex supplement be more effective? I'm not sure which one would be better to try first and want to make sure I'm on the right track. What would you recommend?
Rinifol tablets, containing vitamin B complex, folic acid, and iron, can help with mouth ulcers and tongue ulcers, especially if caused by nutritional deficiencies

I've been having jaw pain and discomfort on the side of my face, and I just realized there's a clicking sound when I open and close my mouth on the left side. Could this be TMJ? What exercises or treatments can help without needing surgery?
Yes, the jaw pain, discomfort, and clicking sound on one side could be indicative of a Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) disorder. However, it's important to see a dentist or doctor for an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. Numerous non-surgical options can help manage the pain and clicking, including physical therapy, medications, dietary changes, and home remedies

I'm dealing with an issue where one of my premolars on the bottom right has partly broken, with half of it still stuck in there. I'm trying to figure out what would be the best lasting and comfy solution. Should I go for a dental implant or a bridge? Also, I'd love to know how much each option might cost. Any advice would be great!
