My hands are quite a bit darker than my face and the rest of my body. What can I do to even out the skin tone on my hands? I need some advice on this.

I'm dealing with this fungal infection for around 6 months now. I tried using dermiford k5 cream, but it only seems to help for a little while before the infection comes back. Im really concerned and a bit frustrated. What do you think I should do next?

I've been dealing with some itching and redness on my penis and the surrounding areas lately. Allergy on the penis and surrounding areas with itching and redness can be due to a fungal infection. I recommend using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% twice daily for 2 weeks. Additionally, you can take an oral antihistamine like Cetirizine 10mg once daily to help with the itching. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry to promote healing.
