My height is 63 inches and my weight is 102.4 kg. How can I reduce my weight to 80 kg? I feel uneasy due to this but my blood report is normal. I also have a thyroid problem.

Combine a calorie restricted diet, 30 min daily activity, and thyroid medication compliance. Please take a TSH, HbA1c, and Lipid Profile to identify any metabolic blockers.
Dr. Kamran Suggests...
Take a TSH Test (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) Test or Take a HbA1c Test (Hemoglobin A1c) Test

View allI have lost 10 kg, but my skin has become loose and started to sag in my cheeks. My eyes are sinking in with dark circles around them. I drink 4 liters of water per day and have started strength training. My thyroid is at 6, and I am currently under medication for it. How can I make up for these nutritional deficiencies? I am a vegetarian. Thank you in advance.
