My husband has an anus infection and the doctor prescribed orni d and zixflam tablets. He mentioned surgery might be needed if the meds don't work. What else can we do to help it heal and avoid surgery? Are these meds strong enough or should we consider other options?

I'm feeling really uncomfortable with my stomach lately. It feels bloated and sometimes acidic, and I just have this heavy feeling in my stomach. My aunt is 65 with grade 2 fatty liver but the doctor didn't prescribe any meds should we be worried or is diet change enough She also has stage 2 CKD and needs gallbladder surgery in October is that safe for her with these conditions
