My husband has an anus infection and the doctor prescribed orni d and zixflam tablets. He mentioned surgery might be needed if the meds don't work. What else can we do to help it heal and avoid surgery? Are these meds strong enough or should we consider other options?

View allI'm feeling really uncomfortable with my stomach lately. It feels bloated and sometimes acidic, and I just have this heavy feeling in my stomach. It seems like my motions aren't complete, and I have constant gastric issues. Also, whenever I press my stomach with my hands, I start to burp. What could be causing this, and should I be worried about it?
Probable diagnosis is Gerd, patient is advised pan d ,orally.once daily for 14 days before food..Avoid spicy foods.

I've been dealing with gas coming from my stomach and out through my mouth for the last year. Sometimes I get stomach pain too. Can you give me some advice on what's causing it and how to manage it?

My aunt is 65 with grade 2 fatty liver but the doctor didn't prescribe any meds should we be worried or is diet change enough She also has stage 2 CKD and needs gallbladder surgery in October is that safe for her with these conditions
do all requred lab report and scaning first to understand risk and progress.
