My husband has swollen piles and the doctor recommended surgery but he also has thyroid issues and high CRP levels. Could these affect the surgery? Also, would Ayurvedic treatment be better than surgery for his condition?

I have a hypoechoic tract that's 3.5 cm long and 6mm thick with two external openings besides the surgical one. Can antibiotics alone cure this or do I need other treatment options?
