The report says both internal and external sphincters are normal. He had a pus-filled abscess that burst on its own and keeps coming back, but no other symptoms like constipation, pain during bowel movements, or blood in stool. The doctor recommended surgery but didn't prescribe any meds. Since he's otherwise healthy, is surgery really necessary?
