My IL 6 level is 23.1 pg/mL and CRP is 44 mg/L. It is the 18th day since the onset of my COVID 19 symptoms. My oxygen saturation is between 92 to 94 percent. Could you please advise on the next steps and whether I need urgent medical attention?

Raised IL 6 and CRP suggest inflammation. Oxygen levels less than 94 percent need medical attention. Consult for possible steroid or oxygen support. Do not delay.
Dr. Dhankecha Suggests...
Take a IL-6 Test Test or Take a CRP Test (C - Reactive Protein) Test

View allI have had a fever for the past 5 days, around 101F in the morning and night, along with body pain and cough. I have been taking antibiotics and Dolo, but the fever is not going away. My recent blood test shows a C reactive protein (CRP) level of 46. I have attached my report for your review. Could you please check it and advise if something is wrong and what I should do next?

Can you please let me know if the attached lab report is normal or not? My mother is 50 years old and her CRP is 8.4 mg/l. Is that serious? Please refer to the attachment?

In my recent blood report, my RA factor is below 8, which my doctor said is normal. However, I have been experiencing symptoms suggestive of rheumatoid arthritis, including pain in both shoulders, hips, and knees, as well as mild pain in my fingers and toes. When I stretch my arms and legs, I hear cracking sounds from the joints. These symptoms started about two months ago. I also feel very weak, fatigued, and unable to focus on work. My CRP level is 12 (normal is 6). I want to understand if these symptoms could be related to the slightly elevated CRP, whether my RA factor may increase in the future, and if the RA factor might not be showing up because my symptoms have only been present for a short duration.
