My last period came on 1st February. On 1st March, I had severe pain with a little pinkish discharge, and after two days, a red spot appeared. Pregnancy test and urine test were negative. Today is 8th March, and my period has not come. What should I do? Am I pregnant or not? What is the reason for the negative test?

A late period with negative pregnancy tests usually means you are not pregnant. The pain and pink discharge could be early period signs or hormonal imbalance. Stress, weight change, or travel can delay periods too. To be sure, take a blood beta hCG test its more accurate than urine. If still negative, your period may come soon.

Is there any chance of pregnancy?

I am 23 years old, and my periods are usually irregular. This time, my period is delayed by 2 months and 23 days. For the past 2 days, I have had bloody brown discharge and pain in the lower left side of my stomach. I am trying to conceive, but I am really worried because I do not understand what is happening. I took a pregnancy test at 1 month and 20 days of delay, and it was negative. Please suggest what I should do.
