My latest blood report shows that I have low Vitamin B12 at 102 which should be above 211 and a high uric acid level of 9.5 which should be below 7. I need to know if I can take a Vitamin B12 tablet called Cobal 500 mcg Mecobalamin to increase my Vitamin B12 levels.

Yes, Cobal 500 is safe to improve B12 levels. Also increase intake of B12 rich foods like dairy and eggs. For uric acid, drink more water and limit red meat and alcohol. Please repeat B12 and uric acid tests after 6 to 8 weeks to monitor your response to treatment.

My mother is suffering from nerve pain in her legs. Sometimes, swelling occurs in both feet. She has been taking medicines for a long time, but they only provide temporary relief. We had her blood reports checked, and everything, including RFT, is normal. Her legs get stiff at night with a lot of pain.
