My little one is 4 months old and has really bad itching on their head. The doctor recommended using Atarax and Atogla atonide. Is it safe to give Atarax drops at this age? Would love some guidance!

View allI'm really worried because I've been experiencing severe itching and have noticed some white spots on the sides of my inner thighs. Could this be something serious? What might be causing this and how can I treat it?
Lulican cream for local application for atleast 2 weeks is advised to the patient.

I'm dealing with a fungal infection and now my testis skin is really dry. I've been using Tyza 250mg, Livafin Cream, LCZ 5mg, and Momate Cream, but it doesn't seem to be helping much or maybe it's just too slow. Can you suggest an alternative cream for dry skin down there?
Alternative Creams for Dry Skin* 1. *Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream*: A rich, non-greasy moisturizer for dry skin. 2. *Eucerin Advanced Repair Cream*: Provides long-lasting hydration and helps repair dry skin. 3. *CeraVe Moisturizing Cream*: A fragrance-free, non-comedogenic cream that helps repair and lock in moisture. 4. *Aveeno Skin Relief Moisturizing Cream*: Soothes and moisturizes dry, itchy skin. *Additional Tips* 1. *Keep the area clean*: Gently wash the affected area with mild soap and lukewarm water. 2. *Avoid harsh soaps*: Steer clear of soaps that contain fragrances, dyes, or other irritants. 3. *Apply moisturizer after bathing*: Lock in moisture while the skin is still damp. 4. *Wear loose, breathable clothing*: Reduce friction and irritation.

I've been having a really hard time sleeping at night because of this super itchy problem. It's getting worse when I scratch, and now it seems to be spreading. Could you recommend a good medicine that might help cure it? I'm really concerned and looking for some guidance.
I can recommend you to take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) 25mg before bedtime to help with your itchy problem and improve your sleep. Additionally, you can apply hydrocortisone cream on the itchy areas to reduce the itching and prevent further spreading.
