My little one has been dealing with a really stubborn cough and cold, and his nose just won't stop running. It's been going on for almost 4 months now. We've been trying homeopathic treatments, but it doesnt seem to be helping much. This seems to happen every year, and Im getting a bit worried. What should I do?

My son has had a hydrocele for about a year now and sometimes complains of pain in his testicles when he plays or exercises Is there any way to treat this with medication instead of surgery
No, there are no medications to shrink or eliminate a hydrocele. If a hydrocele is not resolved on its own, surgery is the primary treatment option. However, if the hydrocele is associated with an infection or inflammation (like epididymitis), antibiotics or anti-inflammatory medications might help address the underlying cause and potentially alleviate some associated pain and swelling.

I'm curious about the function of Ranidompd syrup. Could you let me know more about its uses? I'm feeling a bit unsure and would appreciate some clarification.
Ranidom-pd syrup is used to treat symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) such as heartburn, acid indigestion, and stomach ulcers.
