My little one is just 6 months old and has been dealing with a cough and some chest congestion. I'm wondering if it's safe to give him Ambrodil S syrup? I'm really concerned about making sure I'm doing the right thing for him, and I'd love some guidance.

I'm really worried about my 2-year-old son. He had surgery on his head a few weeks ago, and the doctor prescribed him 5ml of Advent twice a day. Now it's been about three weeks post-surgery, and today he's having really bad diarrhea and headaches. I've tried giving him oranges to help, but I'm not sure if that's enough. Can you give me some advice on what I should do next?

Stop advent, diarrhoea is its side effect.

My child was born with penoscrotal hypospadias and delivered in a government hospital. The doctors recommended a two-stage surgery but I'm really worried since it's a complex procedure. Can you suggest a good private hospital in Chennai that specializes in hypospadias treatment and provides careful handling? I want to make sure my child gets the best care possible.

My 1-month-old son has a bigger belly button that's about 2 cm in height. Also, his right testicle sometimes swells up to almost double the size of the left one. The doctor says it might go away on its own within a year or else he'll need surgery. I'm really worried do these issues usually resolve by themselves?

A 2 cm umbilical hernia in a newborn usually resolves by itself within the first year, but if it doesn’t, surgery may be required. The testicular swelling should be monitored, but often resolves without intervention.
