My little one is one and a half years old, and he's running a fever of 101.4 degrees. I've been giving him 6ml of Crocin since last night, but his temperature hasn't come down. I'm really worried about why it's not improving. What should I do next? Is there anything else I should try or look out for? I just want to make sure he's okay.

View allI'm a bit worried about my 4-year-old. His chest seems to be sticking out more than usual, almost like a pigeon chest. Hes otherwise really active and his development seems spot on. A couple of doctors mentioned it might become normal as he grows, but Im wondering if I should consider any form of treatment now or keep waiting. What do you recommend?

I'm really worried about my 3-year-old nephew. His CRP levels have been elevated 45 times over the past eight months, even though all his other tests, like the CBC and urine exams, come back normal. His CRP is currently at 20. Before, he would have a fever when the CRP level increased, but this time he's just not eating well and has been vomiting. What could be causing these recurring raised CRP levels? What steps should we take?

My baby has been having a fever since Wednesday, and the doctor gave us Meftal P syrup because her temperature is pretty high. I'm wondering, is it okay to give her the syrup every six hours or every four hours since her fever isn't coming down? I'm really concerned about making sure she's comfortable and getting better.
For children, Meftal P syrup can be given every 6-8 hours as needed for fever. The usual recommended dosage is 7-10 mg per kg of body weight per dose. However, it is important to consult with your doctor for the exact dosage based on your baby's weight and age. Make sure not to exceed the maximum daily dose.
