My little one is one and a half years old, and he's running a fever of 101.4 degrees. I've been giving him 6ml of Crocin since last night, but his temperature hasn't come down. I'm really worried about why it's not improving. What should I do next? Is there anything else I should try or look out for? I just want to make sure he's okay.

It seems like he's not at all interested, and he lacks the patience to learn anything new. Because of this, he isn't able to do things properly and often won't even attempt them. How can I help him become more interested and patient with learning?

I'm really concerned about my 4-year-old daughter's cough. She's been having it repeatedly for the past 45 months. Sometimes it's dry and other times it's wet. It often happens in the middle of the night or early morning. We tried homeopathy, which helped a little for a while, but it didn't fix it permanently. Is there a chance for a permanent cure, or is it something not to worry too much about?
