My little one is one and a half years old, and he's running a fever of 101.4 degrees. I've been giving him 6ml of Crocin since last night, but his temperature hasn't come down. I'm really worried about why it's not improving. What should I do next? Is there anything else I should try or look out for? I just want to make sure he's okay.

View allI'm really concerned about my child who's under 12 and has been complaining of stomach pain. I heard about Anafortan injection with camylofin hydrochloride, but I'm not sure what the right dose would be for someone that young. Can you help me figure this out?
The dose of Anafortan injection (camylofin hydrochloride) for children below 12 years old with stomach pain is usually 0.5 mg per kg of body weight, given intramuscularly. It is important to consult with a healthcare provider for the exact dosage based on the child's weight and condition.

I've got both Jusdee 400 drops and Kidrich D3 drops at home. Should I be giving my child just one of these or can I use both? Which one would be the better choice? I'm a bit unsure about what to do.
See a specialist for accurate diagnosis and targeted treatment.
