My medical exam for SSC CPO SI is in March and I have a power of -0.50 and -0.75 in my eyes but I've never used glasses. Is it possible to recover my vision naturally in 2 months at age 25? Are there any options besides laser surgery that could help me pass the eye test?

My wife is 31 and has been wearing glasses for the past 10 years. She's considering FemtoLasik but I'm really worried about her safety.
