I've been dealing with allergy symptoms like airway inflammation, itchy nose, and itchy throat for a while now. In the past, I used to have really bad wheezing, but since I started doing breathing exercises, I haven't had any asthma attacks. However, I still feel like I frequently have some kind of allergies.
